Marked List

You can access the Marked List page by selecting those particular records you wish to save, print, download or e-mail on the Search Results page. You do this by clicking the icon that accompanies each record and then clicking the Marked List link in the toolbar.

From the Marked List page you can clear individual records from your list by clicking the icon . Or you can remove the entire list of records by clicking the icon.

You can add a note about each record in your list by typing into the Notes: text box and clicking the icon. If you have entered text into a Notes: text box and you haven't saved it, you will be prompted to do so before leaving the Marked List page.

Any text you have saved in the Notes: text box will be transferred to the Print, Email, Download Records page.

If you are also subscribed to Literature Online, you can access Author pages from Literature Online where these are available for authors in EEBO. Simply click the 'Author page in Literature Online' link on the Marked List page- the Literature Online Author page for that author will open in a new window, with EEBO remaining open in the original window.

If you are a joint EEBO-ECCO subscriber, any ECCO records you have added to your Marked List will display the ECCO logo. You can click the logo to view the ECCO website for more information, or click the 'View full record in ECCO' link to open that record in ECCO. ECCO will open in a new window; EEBO will remain open in the original window.

The following options are available for downloading from the Marked List, depending on the type of record you have added:

• If you have added a periodical record to the Marked List, you have the option of viewing a complete list of issues for that periodical for download in PDF format.
• If you have added a particular issue of a periodical to your Marked List, you have the option of viewing a list of your selected issues to download in PDF format.
• If you have added selected image sets for a monograph to the Marked List, you have the option of viewing a list of the selected Document Image Sets to download in PDF format.

Clicking on the Download Document Image sets in PDF format link in your Marked List allows you to download the entire document in PDF form. Please be aware that this can take a long time if you are on a slow internet connection.

You have two options on the Download Images page:

• You can download the entire document by selecting the relevant radio button

  or

• You can select the 'Download range of document images' radio button and enter any page number or range of pages.

Once you have made your selection, click the 'Download' button. You will be asked to confirm your choices before the download process begins. The downloading can take some moments to begin, so to avoid disruption of the download please wait.
